Who We Are
This is the personal real estate website of Kris Persaud, a Florida licensed real estate sales associate with Watson Realty Corp., Clermont office, 1390 N Hancock Rd, Clermont, FL 34711. In this notice, "we" means Kris and the people who run this website for him.
The website is built and run for Kris by Persaud Media Group, LLC, hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered by email through Formspree, a form-handling service, and they are saved in a private database (Supabase) that only Kris and Persaud Media Group can open.
What the Forms Collect
When you send a message or a request through a form on this site, we collect what you type in:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your message, and the topic you choose (for example buying, selling or moving)
- On some forms, details such as where you live now, your timing, the towns you are looking at, or a few facts about your home
- On some forms, an optional home address. It is kept private and is never shown on this website
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing that Kris may call or text you about your request
Please do not send bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information through the forms.
Where You Came From
The site also keeps a few details about how you found it, so Kris knows which pages and links are useful.
- The page you first landed on, and the page you sent your message from
- Campaign tags that may be in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign)
- The name of the website that referred you, if your browser shares it
These details are stored in your own browser for up to 90 days and are sent along only if you submit a form. They are not used to follow you across other websites.
No Advertising or Analytics Tags
This site does not use advertising tags, tracking pixels or analytics tools. They stay off until this notice has been reviewed. If any are added later, this notice will be updated first to say what they are and how to opt out.
How Your Information Is Used
- To reply to your message and help with your request
- To keep a record of your request and of any call or text consent you gave
- To understand which pages and links bring people to the site
Your information is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not shared with other businesses for their own marketing.
Form messages go to Kris, and to Persaud Media Group, LLC so it can make sure each message reaches him. Watson Realty Corp. may also keep records of real estate business under its own policies.
Calls and Texts
If you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that Kris may call or text you about your request. Ticking the box is optional, and you can still call Kris yourself on 407-341-9813.
Your Choices
You can ask for a copy of the information you sent through this site, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To ask, call or text 407-341-9813. Or email [email protected].
Some records may need to be kept where the law or Kris's brokerage requires it, for example records of a real estate transaction.
Children's Privacy
This website is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent information through this site, call 407-341-9813 and it will be deleted.
Changes to This Notice
