What to Expect When You Visit

Sign in at the door. It lets the seller know who came through and lets Kris follow up with answers.
Ask anything: utility costs, HOA or CDD fees, the roof and air conditioning age, flood zone, and what's nearby.
Look past the staging. Open closets and cabinets, check water pressure and look at the yard and drainage.
Take photos only if the seller allows it, and please don't share the home's address online.

You can walk into an open house without signing anything. If you'd like Kris to show you other homes afterward, Realtors now need a written agreement with you before touring together, and what the agent is paid is negotiable (National Association of Realtors).
